De Gregori’s Orchestral Summer Tour: A Celebration of Hits in Italy’s Historic Venues

This summer, Francesco De Gregori embarks on a captivating live tour, “De Gregori & Orchestra – Greatest Hits Live,” showcasing his iconic repertoire in a symphonic setting. Beginning June 11th at Rome’s breathtaking Baths of Caracalla, the tour will grace Italy’s most beautiful and historically significant locations. The acclaimed artist will be accompanied by the Gaga Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Simone Tonin and comprising forty musicians. Joining them on stage will be the Gnu Quartet (Raffaele Rebaudengo on viola, Francesca Rapetti on flute, Roberto Izzo on violin, and Stefano Cabrera on cello), De Gregori’s long-time band (Guido Guglielminetti on bass, Carlo Gaudiello on piano, Paolo Giovenchi on guitars, Alessandro Valle on pedal steel guitar and mandolin, and Simone Talone on percussion), and backing vocalists Vanda Rapisardi and Francesca La Colla.
